Leslie Maddin "has spent more than 30 years in executive search and senior-level recruitment. Since joining Phillips Oppenheim in 1996, Leslie has focused on the nonprofit sector, serving a wide range of human services, community development and cultural institutions, among others. Prior to joining Phillips Oppenheim, Leslie was a Principal with Spencer Stuart, where she managed a general recruiting practice, concentrating on financial institutions, real estate development and nonprofit organizations.

"In November 1992, Leslie joined the Clinton/Gore Presidential Transition team, where she was responsible for identifying and recommending leading candidates for sub-cabinet positions. She then spent four years with the Clinton Administration in the White House Office of Presidential Personnel, and as Deputy to the Chief of Staff and White House Liaison at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

"A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Leslie was a founding member of the Trustees Council of Penn Women. She served as a Prinicipal on the Council for Excellence in Government." [1]
