Lawrence K. Fish, Chairman (Retired), Citizens Financial Group, Inc.
"Mr. Fish, 64, retired as Chairman of Citizens Financial Group, Inc. ("Citizens"). He served in that role since 2005, and before that as President and Chief Executive Officer, from 1992, of Citizens. Mr. Fish is a member of the Board of Trustees of Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an Overseer of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. He serves on the boards of Textron and The Brookings Institution. Mr. Fish was first elected a director of the Company in May 2008" [1]
