Laubach Literacy International is a nonprofit (501(c)(3)) "educational corporation dedicated to helping adults of all ages improve their lives and their communities by learning reading, writing, math and problem-solving skills.

Its purpose is to enable adults and older youths to acquire the listening, speaking, reading, writing, mathematics and technology skills they need to solve the problems they encounter in daily life; to take advantage of opportunities in their environment; and to participate in the transformation of their society.
