Biographical Information
"Born in the USA, attended art schools (Beaux Arts – Paris, Ruskin School of Drawing – Oxford); lived in Glasgow since 1981, where I earn my living teaching Tai-Chi; I co-founded the Poetry Healing Project and Survivors' Poetry Scotland; worked in London as Director of PlaySpace Trust, Matchbox Theatre, co-director Drama Therapy Centre. I am convenor for Lapidus Scotland (creative words for health & well-being). In 2004 I completed a feasibility study - Arts on Prescription - for the Glasgow Health Board; and I’ve part of a growing community committed to living mindfully & sustainably. I work part-time at the Maggie Cancer Care Centre." [1] His partner is Luise Holtbernd.
