"Dr L.Z. Gaza is a director at the Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board of the Federal Capital Territory Authority (FCTA), Abuja, Nigeria. He has a doctorate in Geography from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaira, Nigeria and Masters in public administration and rural development studies respectively. His career includes sucessful senior executive and management roles at the Federal Capital Territory Authority (FCTA), Abuja Municipal Area Council and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). He was also the first elected Honourabe Member, House of Representa"[1]
