"Kleo has degrees in Economics from McGill University, Cornell University, and The Ohio State University. She spent most of her career at the (central) Bank of Thailand in Bangkok. She was elected to be Alternate Executive Director (1992-1994) and Executive Director (1998-2000) at the International Monetary Fund, looking after 12 countries in South-East Asia and the Pacific. Kleo is currently a member of World Vision Thailand Board as well as the WVI Board." [1]
