"Kieran Daly is responsible for HIV, TB, malaria and the Global Fund. With an academic background in development economics, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the International Council of AIDS Service Organizations (ICASO), and also worked for the International HIV/AIDS Alliance as the Senior Policy Advisor. He has extensive experience with the UN, with particular focus on HIV policy and programming.[1]
