Keystone Industries has a wide range of coal interests spanning from coal exploration and mining interests in West Virginia, United State and Colombia, to coal marketing and transport infrastructure. Keystone Industries, LLC was incorporated in 1995 and is based in Fort Myers, Florida. It has additional offices in Montreal, Canada; and Seoul, Korea.
It is the parent company of Keystone Coal Company, which is owned by Tom Scholl.[1]

- The Keystone Coal Terminal in Jacksonville, Florida which would import coal from Colombia;[1]
- the Keystone Terminal Ironton in Ohio;
- Keystone Mineria with a range of coal exploration interests in Colombia, South America. The company states that "production is scheduled for early 2011";
- Keystone Development which has operating coal mines in Kanawha County, West Virginia;
- Keystone Coal Canada in Montreal, Quebec supplies coal and petcocke to its customers in Canada";
- Keystone Coal Korea in Seoul, Korea which "markets coal to customers like Korean Electric Power Company, and Pohang Steel Company.
- Keystone Coal China which "has a multi-year contract with Shenhua Coal which supplies Keystone with sized coal used in the European home heating market";
- Keystone Stacom in Bulgaria which "provides for movement of steam coal and metallurgical coal into European markets."
