Biographical Information
Kevin Roberts was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Voyage Care "in October 2013. Kevin had previously been the company’s Chief Operating Officer after joining the company from Four Seasons Health Care (FSHC) where he was Group Strategy Director. Kevin was responsible for facilitating all major change and integration activities across the FSHC Group including the successful integration of 140 care homes (c. 5000 beds) from Southern Cross in 2011 and represented the sector in a number of sector wide initiatives led by the Department of Health and the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services. Prior to joining FSHC Kevin was Quality and Compliance Director at Bupa Care Services responsible for leading Bupa’s service quality strategy which helped position Bupa with one of the highest quality reputations in the sector. Kevin has an engineering and finance background and has extensive process improvement experience within multi cultural and multi national organisations working in Europe, Canada and the USA."[1]
