Kenneth Sullivan

"Mr. Sullivan has served as president and chief executive officer of Smithfield since December 2015 and as a director of Smithfield since January 2016. Prior to the position he served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Smithfield Foods. He has expertise in corporate strategy and finance, capital markets, operations analysis and organizational leadership and possesses in-depth knowledge of the Group's U.S. and international business segments. Mr. Sullivan joined Smithfield Foods as vice president of internal audit in 2003 after 12 years at large public accounting and consulting firms. He has served the company in various other positions later including vice president and chief accounting officer from 2007 to 2010, vice president of finance and chief accounting officer from 2010 to 2013, and vice president and chief financial officer from 2013 to 2015.
