Kel Seliger is a Republican member of the Texas State Senate. He is Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Redistricting and is a member of the Senate Education Committee, Senate Finance Committee, the Senate Committee on Natural Resources and the Senate Committee on International Relations and Trade.[1]

Ties to the American Legislative Exchange Council

Seliger is one of three Texas State Chairmen of the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), as of July 2011.[2]

About ALEC
ALEC is a corporate bill mill. It is not just a lobby or a front group; it is much more powerful than that.
