Biographical Information
Keith Cochrane joined the Weir Group "as finance director in July 2006 and was appointed chief executive in November 2009. Following a number of years with Arthur Andersen, Keith joined Stagecoach Group plc in 1993. He was appointed finance director in 1996 and group chief executive in 2000. He joined ScottishPower plc in 2003 where he became director of group finance.He is a chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. Keith is currently a non-executive director of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra Society Ltd." [1]
