Kay K. Arnold
Kay Kelly Arnold was appointed to the Inter-American Foundation Board of Directors by President William Jefferson Clinton in January 2000 "and served as chair during her first year. She is vice president of public affairs in the Entergy Corporation, which she joined in 1988. The corporate external affairs programs she has managed include communications and public relations, federal regulatory and state and federal governmental relations. Ms. Arnold was formerly the director of the Department of Arkansas Heritage, a state cabinet level appointment, and founding director of the Arkansas Nature Conservancy. She chairs the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra Society and the Arkansas Women's Forum; serves on the boards of the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation, the Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission and St. Vincent Development Foundation; and is a member of the President's Council of the National Wildlife Federation. Ms. Arnold holds a J.D. and an M.A. from the University of Arkansas." [1]
