Katherine A. Carroll

"Katherine Carroll is Executive Director of the National Health Federation (NHF) and sister -organization, Foundation for Health Research (FHR) as well. Katherine is writer and Associate Editor of NHF’s magazine, Health Freedom News, and is on the Board of Directors of the National Health Federation Canada and the Advisory Board for GreenMedInfo. Katherine received the NHF 2014 Health Freedom Hero award for her work at Codex Alimentarius. She also writes for several blogs, is frequent contributor to several publications, and is currently compiling a book on Codex based on first -hand experience attending International Codex meetings. Katherine brings her experience as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, certified in First Line Therapy, to her writing. She is a member of the Nutritional Therapy Association and the Ocular Nutrition Society. Katherine is also co-owner of and her husband’s two Optometry clinics. Additionally, Katherine enjoys hosting guests at Adytum Sanctuary, their Pacific Northwest Boutique Inn."
