Karl Fossum, "is a psychiatrist and currently serves as president of Park Madison Professional Laboratories, Inc. in New York City. He has maintained a private practice since 1963, and has served as president of Manhattan Clinical and Pathological Laboratories, Inc., Washington Heights Medical Service Group, P.C., and the Charles Circle Clinic, Inc. of Boston, MA. Dr. Fossum currently serves on the board of the New York League of Conservation Voters, and as the vice president of Citizens for Global Solutions of New York Metro Tri-State Region." [1]
