"Ms. Sherman has 20 years of multi-faceted international development experience specializing in the design, implementation and management of technical and financial assistance programs that target women, entrepreneurs and non-governmental organizations. Prior to joining Women for Women International, Ms. Sherman served as Executive Vice President of Counterpart International. She also launched and managed a small business in the former Soviet Union, identifying new entrepreneurial opportunities and partners throughout the region.
