Karen Doubilet

"An expert in inter-group relations, Karen has numerous years of academic and field experience in the area of cross-cultural facilitation, Arab-Jewish relations, and in particular, in the development and evaluation of integration programs. Prior to joining PeacePlayers International – Middle East, Karen worked at The Peres Center for Peace and Peace Child Israel. Karen is currently a doctoral candidate at Bar-Ilan University’s Interdisciplinary Program on Conflict Management, holds an MA in Conflict Management and an Honors BA in Psychology from York University in Toronto. Karen is a certified mediator in Israel, and been trained as a facilitator by the Arbinger Institute." [1]
