Kajubi Mukajanga," best known by his first name everywhere, is old wine in a new bottle. He has been closely associated with the nascent stages of forming the Media Council of Tanzania in 1995. A scribe of natural gift, Kajubi excelled in all facets related to the dialectics of journalism. He espouses what the media stands for and what it can achieve to reduce media underdevelopment in our society.

"Kajubi’s career path began at the early age of 21 as a Secondary School teacher. He treaded the steps of a correspondent, editor and managing editor, then built momentum to become a founder member of professional media organizations including MCT, MISA-Tan and AJM. After graduating with an honours degree, Kajubi pursued various specialized courses in journalism, both locally and overseas." [1]
