"Justin Dowley is Chairman of Intermediate Capital Group PLC and a director of Melrose PLC and Ascot Authority (Holdings) Ltd. From 2010 to 2011 he was a Vice Chairman at Nomura which had acquired Tricorn Partners, the investment banking advisory firm which he co-founded in 2003.
"He was, until March 2001, Managing Director and co-head of Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch Europe. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 1996 he had spent 15 years at Morgan Grenfell, the last two of these as Head of UK Corporate Finance. He is Treasurer of Marylebone Cricket Club."[1]
