Julian A. Brodsky has served as a director and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Comcast Corporation, the largest cable company in the United States, for more than five years. Brodsky devotes the major portion of his time to the business and affairs of the Company. He is also a director of Comcast Cable Communications, Inc., and RBB Fund, Inc.
