Judy Austermiller "has been the Executive Director of the Boehm Foundation since 1986. She has been very active in philanthropy for over 30 years. Judy has led countless workshops on proposal writing and foundation fund raising, and has also organized capital campaign fundraisers. She has been instrumental in helping to form coalitions among NGOs and foundations alike, most notably the National Network of Grantmakers." [1]
