Judith M. Nelson, Ph.D. (Rutgers Medical School): Dr. Nelson was an Instructor in Psychiatry, Department of Psychiatry, at the Institute of Mental Health Sciences, CMDNJ-Rutgers Medical School, P.O. Box 101, Piscataway, NJ 08854. Dr. Nelson was the Co-principal Investigator with Dr. Leonide Goldstein on the grant funded by Council for Tobacco Research for "The 'Chronic Nicotine State' and Anxiety: A Behavior and Electroencephalographic Analysis of Induced and Spontaneous Hyper-Activation in Rats". The proposed starting date for this study was January 1, 1975. (UCSF000134-145)
