Joseph Napolitan is president and CEO of Napolitan Associates; founder of the American Association of Political Consultants and co-founder of the International Association of Political Consultants; International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES) board member; and author of numerous articles and books on political campaigns.
A biographical note describes him as having a political campaign consultant since 1956 and having "worked on every continent and has been a personal consultant to nine foreign heads of state. He served on the campaign staffs of Presidents John F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson and was director of media for Vice-President Hubert H. Humphrey." [1]
