Joseph W. Hagin is Deputy Chief of Staff in the George W. Bush White House. "A former vice president at Chiquita Brands International, Hagin is in charge of the daily operations of the White House. He was deputy campaign manager in George W. Bush's 2000 presidential campaign." [1]
