"Mr. Jonathan Bradley-Hoare has been Secretary of Alpha Universal Management PLC since September 14, 2010. Mr. Bradley-Hoare has been the Secretary of Early Equity Plc since February 20, 2012. Mr. Bradley-Hoare serves as Company Secretary of Consolidated Africa Mining Plc, Evergreen Securities plc, Aspen Clean Energy PLC, FibreGen plc., and Venteco plc. Mr. Bradley-Hoare served as the Company Secretary of Union MedTech Plc. Mr. Bradley-Hoare established his own accountancy practice, Welbeck Associates Limited in 2005 and is closely involved with a number of AIM listed companies where he is responsible for the financial reporting issues and acts as Company Secretary. He has been a Director of Consolidated Africa Mining Plc since October 27, 2009 and In-Solve plc since January 2011. He has been Non-Executive Director of Alpha Universal Management PLC since September 14, 2010.
