Wolaver "has more than 30 years of experience in business management that includes officer level assignments in management consulting, marketing and business development, financial management and accounting as controller. He has held leadership positions in general management as chief operating officer, president and chief executive officer for multi-million dollar companies in the telecommunications and transportation industries. He has earned the distinction of turnaround specialist in leading both small and large companies through challenging, adverse situations and he directed business planning and marketing, brand development and market research for several multi-billion dollar companies. Mr. Wolaver’s background includes more than 25 years as a military officer with the United States Air Force, and is a decorated combat pilot and veteran of the war in Vietnam. He began his education at Purdue University, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. He then went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Finance and Statistics from Central Michigan University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Economics and Business Strategy from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania."
