John W. Sabine "is a partner in the Canadian law firm, Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP. He is recognised as a leading minng practitioner in Canada with experience in mining and resource law and corporate finance, and lectures on various legal topics, including those relating to securities, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He has been a member of the Securities Advisory Committee to the Ontario Securities Commission. During 35 years of practice, he has served as a director of several mining and resource companies. Mr. Sabine became a director in 2004 and is also a member of the Nomination, Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee." [1]
