Dr. John Hughes is located at Department of Psychiatry, University of Vermont College of Medicine, IRA Allen School - 38 Fletcher Place, Burlington, VT 05401. Dr. Hughes is medical doctor board certified in psychiatry and addiction psychiatry. He is presently medical co-director of the Substance Abuse Treatment Center at the University of Vermont, where he is also is a professor in the Psychiatry, Psychology, and Family Practice departments.
