John Redwood is a senior British tory MP.
He appears to be skeptical of climate change. His voting record does not reflect that though because he has been absent on many core votes on climate change policies[1][2] Redwood argues in favour of adaptation over mitigation[3]
"John Redwood began his political career urging privatisation on the Conservatives in opposition in the 1970s, from around the Centre for Policy Studies dinner table. He chaired a working group that designed various denationalisation proposals covering a wide range of industries. He subsequently became Margaret Thatcher's adviser." [4]
