Biography
Dr. Gould is a principal and Executive Vice President of Lexecon, Inc., and exonomic consulting firm in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Gould is also the Steven G. Rothmeier Professor and Distinguished Service Professor of Economics at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Dr. Gould's area of expertise is antitrust.
