John P. Frawley: Defense

Biography

John Frawley was president of Health and Environment International Limited. He was one of six scientists who co-wrote a 3/94 report, which concluded that the ingredients added to tobacco in the manufacturer of cigarettes by United States manufacturers are not hazardous under the conditions of use (BNA HCN 4/15/94).
