John Milam

John Milam is part-time faculty at the Elliott School of International Affairs at Georgetown University. Milam "received his MA from the George Washington University. Mr. Milam has had a long career as a strategic analyst for the Director (Andrew Marshall) of the Office of Net Assessment in Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). Mr. Milam is presently Corporate Vice President of STAC, a professional and technical services firm providing analysis and technical support throughout the national security community."[1]
