He has served on the boards of several publicly-listed UK and U.S. companies, including Whittington Estates Plc, a quoted UK property company of which he was executive chairman, Leisuretime Plc, where he served as chief operating officer and Columbia Laboratories Inc., where he served as executive chairman. In the 1970s, Mr. Kidd was a director of a company responsible for the creation of Premier Oil."
