Dr John Keown is a senior lecturer in the law and ethics of medicine at the Faculty of Law, University of Cambridge.
He is on the board of advisors of The Centre for Bioethics and Public Policy which is anti-abortion and anti-euthanasia. They descibe him as being from Georgetown University, Washington DC.
