John Foreyt is the director of the Behavioural Medicine Research Centre at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.
In August 2006 he appeared as a speaker at an event organized under the name of the Beverage Institute for Health & Wellness at the International Congress on Obesity in Sydney. High-sugar drinks, he complained to the Sydney Morning Herald, have been "demonised â?¦ it's a single-culprit theory". [1]
