Biographical Information
"John spent his working life with Shell International and retired from the position of Executive Vice President (Technical) in April 2006. At earlier stages he held engineering and management positions in various Shell companies in Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East where he had responsibility for large and diverse work forces.
"Since retiring he has become a volunteer with Feltham Community Chaplaincy Trust (as a faith mentor with young offenders in Feltham YOI) and a volunteer befriender with the New Bridge Foundation, in support of both serving prisoners and ex-offenders. He also serves as the Chair of Trustees of Depaul International, working to provide a global response to homelessness."[1]
