John also spent four years as Director of Finance for ArmorGroup International, the leading security company, with 8,600 personnel worldwide and an extensive portfolio of UK and US government contracts. During his time at ArmorGroup, John played a lead role in the private equity MBO and subsequent listing of the company on the London Stock Exchange."
