John C. Galvin is a member of the Intellibridge Expert Network and Dean of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
Galvin served as "Supreme Allied Commander Europe and Commander-in-Chief, U.S. European Command. From 1992-1994, General Galvin served as the Olin Distinguished Professor of National Security at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point."[1]
