Warrior-King: The Case For Impeaching George W. Bush
"In February and March 2003, prior to the start of the Iraq War, Bonifaz served as lead counsel for a coalition of United States soldiers, parents of U.S. soldiers, and Members of Congress in a federal lawsuit against President Bush and Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld, seeking to prevent them from waging an undeclared and illegal war. On the eve of the war, a federal appellate court refused to intervene, citing 'political question concerns.' Warrior-King is an accounting of that case and an examination of its legal and political implications for the future of the U.S. Constitution." [4]
