John Blake "has over 16 years experience in leadership, management and training.As an officer in the Army, John held positions including Operations Officer (Special Forces unit), Senior Instructor (Army Survival Wing) and Training Development Officer.John was in the project team that introduced eLearning into the Army into 1990s.In 2000, John established Vision Training Australia and has completed training packages in IT, Logistics, Government, Education, Defence, complex procurement and the environment.He has drafted around 100 competencies under the National Training Framework, has a Masters of Training and Development and is the Treasurer of the Australian Rainforest Foundation...

"John Blake has been Director of Vision Training Australia[1][2] since 2001, a company that provides capability development services for large organisations.Prior to that John served as an officer in the Australian Army for 14 years.During that time John held a range of leadership and resource management positions.His awareness about the importance of strategic environmental management started in 1994 when he was responsible for the sustainable use of several hundred thousand hectares of Defence land in North and Far North Queensland.
