John B. Krieger

John B. Krieger is the Senior Program Officer for The Achelis Foundation and The Bodman Foundation, two independent philanthropies based in New York City with combined assets of approximately $100 million. The Foundations fund projects in a variety of fields, including education reform; entrepreneurship and job training; family preservation and responsible fatherhood; faith-based social services; healthcare and biomedical research; arts and culture; and the promotion of voluntarism, philanthropy, and a civil society. Mr. Krieger has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and master’s degrees from the Wharton School and the London School of Economics. He is also a trustee of the Nephrology Foundation of Brooklyn, which provides dialysis care to 500 residents of Brooklyn and Queens." [1]
