Joel Bleifuss "is the editor of In These Times, where he has worked as an investigative reporter, columnist and editor since 1986. Bleifuss has had more stories on Project Censored’s annual list of the “10 Most Censored Stories” than any other journalist...

"He recently co-authored an investigative book, “Was The 2004 Presidential Election Stolen?,” with Steven F. Freeman.

"Bleifuss has worked at In These Times for 18 years, including roles as managing editor, publisher and senior editor. His reporting on environmental health issues, national security scandals and the Iran Contra affair has landed in newspapers and magazines around the country, including the New York Times, the Utne Reader, the Capital Eye and more.

"Before joining In These Times, Bleifuss was the Director of the Peace Studies Program for the University of Missouri from 1979-1981, a features writer for the Fulton Sun in Fulton, Missouri and a freelance journalist in Spain in 1986.
