Biographical Details
"JoAnn Heffernan Heisen is the retired corporate vice president, chief global diversity officer, and member of the executive committee, as well as a former vice president and chief information officer, of Johnson & Johnson. Ms. Heisen serves as a director of the University Medical Center at Princeton and the Women's Research and Education Institute, and is a member of the advisory board of the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. (Vanguard board member and a trustee of each of the Vanguard funds since 1998.)" [1]
