Jim Morrell

Jim Morrell is a partner in the Republican lobbying firm HDMK.

In 2006, Morrell was Deputy Chief of Staff to the House Republican Conference and provided "strategic communications advice to top Republicans, including former Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert, Rob Portman, Deborah Pryce, and Tom DeLay, beginning in the office of then-Majority Whip and becoming DeLay's Senior Legislative Aide. He previously served as Spokesperson in the White House Office of Media Affairs and, in 2000, worked for the Bush-Cheney campaign in Austin, Texas, "where he handled Rapid Response."
