Ji-Qiang Zhang

Dr. Zhang "is the Vice President of Programs at the blue moon fund. Previously he served as program officer for the Sustainable World Program of the W. Alton Jones Foundation. He was a senior program advisor at Rockefeller Foundation and the Director for Information and Communication at LEAD International during the 1990s. During the 1980s he served as Executive Vice Chairman of the Academic Committee of the Chinese Academy for Environmental Sciences , where he worked in the fields of environmental policy, integrated resource planning, and watershed management. Dr. Zhang was born in Zhejiang province, China, and received his PhD at the Institute for Nuclear Sciences of the State University of Gent in Belgium." [1]
