Jennifer Li
Jennifer Li, Ph.D. is a research associate with Foundation for Environmental Security and Sustainability. "Prior to joining FESS in July 2004, she was with the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) in Washington, DC for three years. While at IFPRI, she studied the welfare and economic implications of environmental and economic policies using various modeling techniques. Her publications have appeared in the Review of Urban and Regional Development Economics, Journal of Environment and Development, and Environment and Development Economics. Beginning in the fall of 2005, she has been teaching a course focusing on environmental decision-making in developing countries at George Mason University. Dr. Li received her Ph.D. in public policy analysis with a concentration on environment and natural resources policy analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also holds a B.S. in economics and a joint master of policy affairs and environment science." [1]
