Biography

"Jeff Rudin is a social activist and researcher, graduated from the University of Warwick (London) with a Ph.D. in Sociology. Jeff has an extensive research and political experience in public and non-governmental sector. He spent a great part of his life working with trade unions abroad and in South Africa. Locally he has worked for the South African Municipal Workers Union (SAMWU) and as a researcher for the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa. Through his research he has been one of the key people in the inception of the Alternative and Development Centre (AIDC) in 1996. He is currently a research associate for the One Million Climate Change Campaign at AIDC where he continues to make significant research contributions."[1]
