Biographical Information

Jeff was appointed a non-executive Director of Cenkos Securities "in June 2008. Jeff was the Group Finance Director of Electrocomponents plc from 1996 to 2005 and Deputy Chairman from 2000 to 2005. Prior to 1996 he had various executive Director appointments, having started his career with Arthur Andersen, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and TheBoston Consulting Group. He is a non-executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Cookson Group plc and Cyril Sweett plc. He is also a non-executive Director of Foreign & Colonial Investment Trust. He is Chairman of Electrocomponents Pension Trustees. He was previously Chairman of the Audit Committee of the John Lewis Partnership."
