Jeff Fagnan "joined the Board of Directors of Advanced Electron Beams in October 2005. As a partner with Atlas Ventures, Jeff is focused on the development of emerging Enterprise Software and Advanced Material Technology corporations. Jeff is actively involved in the development and commercialization of technology through innovation centers which include MIT's Deshpande Center for Innovation, Harvard University, and Boston University.

"Prior to joining Atlas Ventures, Jeff was a Principal with Seed Capital, and managed the firm's Boston Division. In this role, he was instrumental in building successful businesses in the areas of data communications and networking, including DataPower Technologies and Polychromix.

"Prior to his role with Seed Capital, he was responsible for designing and implementing strategic and operational solutions for clients at Booz, Allen, and Hamilton. In addition, Jeff held several key management roles within Nortel Networks, and was involved in strategic Mergers and Acquisitions.

"Jeff received his MBA in Finance and Operations, with distinction, from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester, and his Bachelors of Science Degree in Management and Mathematics from the University of Alaska." [1]
