Jeannie H. Nguyen "is a Managing Member of the law firm Hawthorne & Nguyen, PLLC, and a Managing Member of the real estate settlement company Hawthorne Title Group, LLC. In the practice of law, Ms. Nguyen specializes in corporate transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Ms. Nguyen has represented both acquirors and targets in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures and private equity and venture capital funds.
